Information we collect

• Contact information you provide when you call us, request an estimate, or submit a form on this website (name, phone number, email, service address, message).
• Service-notification sign-up information when you register through our customer portal or a QR sign-up form at your property: phone number, building/unit, and language preference (English/Spanish).
• Consent records: when you opt in to text notifications we store the exact disclosure you agreed to, the time of consent, and the sign-up source.
• Portal account information for property managers and customers using our customer portal at app.kingpesttx.com (login email and account activity).

How we use your information

• To schedule, perform, and follow up on pest-control services.
• To send service notifications only, for example an alert the day before a scheduled service and an optional same-day arrival notice. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
• To respond to estimates, questions, and support requests.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

SMS / text-message program

Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is collected when you actively select the SMS consent checkbox and submit the SMS subscription form. SMS enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving pest-control services.

“I agree to receive automated pest-control service notifications by text from King Pest Solutions at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies based on scheduled services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

• Frequency: typically one message the day before a scheduled service, plus an optional same-day arrival notice. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (956) 407-0959.
• Once you opt out, we will not text you again unless you re-subscribe. Opting out is never cleared by a new registration.
• Messages are delivered through Twilio, our SMS service provider. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as Twilio (text delivery) and our website/portal hosting providers, and only for the purposes described above, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep service and consent records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and carrier requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at eric@kingpesttx.com or (956) 407-0959.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
